Kingston Farmers Market (KFM) starts tomorrow: Thursday 3-7pm on the grounds of the Aurora Inn, 831 Main Street Kingston NS.
Bring
your garden seeds for swapping, pick up some fresh produce, gifts,
jewellery, cider, dinner, and more gardening knowledge to apply to your
backyard. It is bound to be a good market with amazing vendors and fun
thought provoking ideas.

Garden designs are sprouting......Postcards and greeting cards. |

Companion gardening and 'foodscaping' are some of my favourite gardening
theories to follow. Along with the idea of Moon Phase Gardening these
food and flower growing guides have been inspiration for (some) of this
summers new greeting cards and new postcard designs. There will be more -
only available direct from me right now at the KFM.
A huge THANK-YOU to everyone who came out in the rain last Saturday and the wind on Sunday.
In
Kentville on Saturday the Blossom Festival event was a great time with
the parade and local businesses and makers gathering regardless of the
showers.
AND Sunday was an inaugural event called Well-Rooted, hosted by Awkward Acres at Beaver Creek Vineyard in Lawrencetown NS.
It was a fantastic gathering of farmers, creatives, and anyone keen
about planting! There were indoor plants, outdoor plants, live music,
lawns games - truly a lovely event. We can hardly wait until next year.
